John Birch Guitars Ltd was founded in Rubery, Birmingham UK in 1970 with John Birch, John Diggins and Arthur Baker. Together they produced a new way of guitar building and
pickup design that was revolutionary.
These guitars and pickups attracted interest across the globe with numerous world famous guitarists and artists playing their guitars. Sadly in 2000 John Birch passed away leaving behind the rich legacy of these much loved and exceptional guitars
John Birch Guitars are now under new ownership and work is currently underway to produce two distinct ranges of professional, high quality guitars featuring the original legendary pickups from it's extensive, iconic range.
The development and creation of innovative, exciting new products has always been the essence of the John Birch philosophy.
